
A sought-after international speaker and trusted advisor to executive and operations leaders, Estee creates gravitational pull toward new ideas, methods, and improved outcomes. She is a prolific producer of tool kits, case studies, industry, and scholarly publications. Estee is faculty for Kaiser Permanente’s Improvement Institute where she builds capacity enterprise-wide for design, innovation, and voice of the customer.
Estee earned a doctorate in sociology from University of California, Davis, a bachelor's in sociology from Brandeis University, and served as a postdoctoral fellow at University of California, Berkeley's School of Public Health. She enjoys the exhilaration of riding white water rapids and creating healthy and fun meals with her husband and two children in the San Francisco Bay Area.
