Title 1: Experience Delivery Lead
Janis Francis is the experience delivery lead for the digital pharmacy experience on kp.org and the flagship mobile app for Kaiser Permanente. In this role, Francis is accountable for delivering digital solutions for the pharmacy experience for Kaiser Permanente’s 12.5 million members.
Francis has two decades of experience in healthcare IT with extensive expertise in product and program management, and strategic planning solving business problems using emerging technologies. She has a passion for innovation and providing high-quality outcomes for the members in their health journey.
Francis holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Cochin University of Science and Technology, India, and earned an MBA with a specialization in digital transformation and healthcare from University of California, Irvine.
