Title 1: Physician, Colorado Permanente Medical Group, and Physician Advisor, Customer Clinical Solutions
Deb Friesen, MD, is an internal medicine physician with the Colorado Permanente Medical Group. She chose internal medicine for its intellectual challenge and because it allows her to have long-term relationships with patients.
As a physician advisor for customer clinical solutions, Deb works closely with Kaiser Permanente’s National Sales and Account Management teams, providing market-facing clinical expertise and leadership and contributing to the development of health strategies to improve business results for customers, prospects, and benefit consultants. After completing her training, internship, and residency at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Deb stayed an extra year as a chief resident before starting her practice. She joined Kaiser Permanente in 2006 and continues as an associate clinical professor at the school of medicine.
