Melanie McLeod has been at Kaiser for eleven years working at the national level on various technology and analytics projects. She has worked closely with regional leadership to manage implementation of technology tools to support care delivery and enhance throughput.
Melanie has also worked on several enterprise wide initiatives such as the SAS Stewardship Council and Analytic Knowledge Management Ecosystem. In her current role she is the national product manager for the Operations Watch List product in the Insight Driven product suite and is currently leading expansion of the product into the non Kaiser Foundation Hospital markets. Melanie also has a background in program evaluation and international development spending several years implementing programs in the Middle East and West Africa. Melanie holds a Masters Degree in Public Health Informatics from Emory University and a Masters Degree in Sustainable Development.
