David is currently a Director within Enterprise Shared Services - Buy to Pay where he serves as Chief of Staff to the Chief Supply Chain and Procurement Officer and Organization Development leader to the ~2700 employees of Buy to Pay.
David Robinson joined Kaiser Permanente in 2006 as an IT Program Manager supporting the development of HealthConnect, electronic medical records, and creation of the Napa Data Center. In 2008 he transferred into a process improvement role where he provided expertise to the finance organization in the areas of payroll, timekeeping and accounts payable.
David holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Spanish and a Master of Science degree in Organization Development. He is certified in Accelerating Implementation Management (AIM), holds a Six Sigma Black Belt, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP). He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served as an airborne Spanish linguist.
