Shirley joined Kaiser Permanente in 2017, where she first helped to identifying business and technical requirements related to care integration, telemedicine, and operational enhancements that resulted in increased utilization of virtual care delivery channels and digital functionalities offered at Kaiser Permanente.
Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, she worked as a consultant at a large consulting firm in the Washington D.C. metro area where she helped clients in the health and financial sectors develop strategies, improve customer experiences, digital initiatives, large scale technological implementations and performance management. Shirley holds a master’s degree in health administration from George Mason University and a certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy.
