About the program
Kaiser Permanente has been a leader in equitable care from its earliest days, when Henry J. Kaiser insisted that we provide the same care in the same facilities to our members of all races. We also know that building an equitable and inclusive workplace and work practices is good for business. Laura Long, Vice President, National Equity Inclusion and Diversity, will share how Kaiser Permanente has leveraged data to develop a more inclusive approach to care and business and make a strong business case for equity.
