About the program

In this three+ day program, you will immerse yourself in Kaiser Permanente’s integrated care model.

The Integrated Care Experience shares the foundations of the integrated care approach, exposure to the mission-centered culture, and opportunities to connect with Kaiser Permanente leaders who are leading the latest initiatives leading to more high-value care and experience for our members and community.  The participant group size is intentionally small to facilitate robust conversations between participants from multiple countries, health systems, and Kaiser Permanente leaders.

A virtual session in March 2024 will provide an introduction to the United States healthcare system as context for the in-person program in April.
